Shreya in Sivaji silver jubilee function - Shriya's controversial dress
Sivaji actress Shriya may be flying high after her film's super success. However, the actress recently drew ire for the dress she wore during the film's silver jubilee celebrations.
However, she has now apologised for wearing the dress and said that it was all unintended. Shriya has also promised to write a letter to Chief Minister M Karunanidhi (who presided over the function), apologising for her dress.
Shriya insists that she was shooting for the Hindi film Mission Istanbul in the Turkish capital. And since she was running late, she had no time to change.
The actress' reaction comes in the light of a complaint lodged by the Hindu Makkal Katchi asking the police to take legal action against her.
